Hello, welcome to the OWHL guide especially designed for you!
For this project, you will be working in small groups to create a tour of China on google tourbuilder.
Your group should create an itinerary for a 1-2 week trip in China. You will pitch the idea of your itinerary to the class and open up the discussion for questions at the end of your presentation.
Questions to consider when building your itinerary: Why would a tourist want to stop at each place? Who would want to go on your trip? What could they do and see at each stop? What is the historical significance or cultural significance of each stop on your itinerary?
Requirements:
-Each students should speak in Chinese for a minimum of 2 minutes about at least 2 different stops on the tour
-Send a link to your tourbuilder project the night before your presentation to Qiao Laoshi (乔老师).
-Your tourbuilder project should have a minimum of 4-6 stops (depending on your group size). Each stop should include: text/audio and a video/picture.
-List your sources
Individual grading will be 10 points (presentation category) based on the following rubric:
-pronunciation, (2)
-fluency, (2)
-grammar, (2)
-tones, (2)
-content, (2)
