If you conduct an interview for your research, insert your name in the blank area for "interviewer". Try to have your interviewee sign the release prior to the interview, so that you won't have to go back to him/her later. You will want to mention that you'd like the interviewee to sign the release when you initially contact him/her to arrange dates/times for the interview.
